I’m a certified yoga teacher, sound bath facilitator, & creative based in SE Michigan offering classes and selling handmade goods themed around plants & meditation.

I like to incorporate the grounding and cyclic elements of nature throughout my practices and place a strong emphasis on breath work and somatic techniques to deepen the mind-body connection.

You can find me most often teaching outdoors or in green spaces & vending at local markets around town~

If you’d like to work together please feel free to reach out with any questions or inquiries!
