I’m a Michigan-based Yoga Teacher, Sound Bath Facilitator, & Multimedia Artist offering classes and sound bath ceremonies alongside creating plant-themed meditation tools, art, and adornments.

Heavily inspired by the magic of plants and earth elements, I like to bring the grounding energy of nature into all aspects of my practices.

I can be found most often teaching outdoors or in green spaces, and occasionally pop-up at local markets around Detroit with handmade goods and hot tea~
