Join me inside this beautiful greenhouse on Friday mornings for an all-levels slow flow yoga class ending in singing bowl sound bath (about 45mins of yoga/15mins of sound).
These sessions are beginner-friendly and a great way to start the weekend with intention, hone in on posture and presence, and explore meditative movement guided by breath.
Hot tea and extra props provided, just bring yourself and a mat and enjoy practicing with community in a low-pressure environment surrounded by lush foliage.
