Weekly sessions combining short-form Ashtanga yoga flow to awaken and heat up the body followed by specific poses to activate a given chakra, then closing with a clearing sound bath in corresponding notes of the week’s given chakra system.
Starting from the top of the crown on week 1 and working our way down to the root by week 7, this series can be done on a drop-in basis as a standalone practice, or purchased as a package for the full 7 week series.
~All levels/Beginner-Friendly
~$20 per session
~Spaces limited, registration required—drop-ins are welcome to register in-person on the day-of (if space is available)*
