weekly session combining modified Ashtanga yoga flow to awaken and heat up the body followed by specific poses to activate a given chakra, then closing with a clearing sound bath in corresponding notes of the given system.
Starting from the top of the crown on week 1 and working our way down to the root by week 7, this series can be done on a drop-in basis or purchased as a package for the full 7 week series.
~All levels/Beginner-Friendly *$25/drop-in or $20 per session w/ 7 week package ($140)
