Slow Flow + Sound Bath with Tea & Plants at Graye's Greenhouse

Gentle slow flow yoga followed by soothing sound bath and tea while surrounded by greenery~

~Opt to connect with the earth and get your hands in the dirt while repotting during sound bath; or simply relax and enjoy the green space with ceremonial blue lotus tea

There will be a variety of plants from the greenhouse available for purchase-soil + recycled pots provided, or feel free to BYO pot if you’d like!

Spaces limited, registration required*

Please note that there is a cat on the premises that may wander in and out of our practice—her name is Montie and she is very friendly but not allergy-proof!
